agreed. I am looking for some help creating my fake id for washington state. I do not know how to replicate the UV pattern or the hologram. does anyone know the chemicals needed to do this cheaply? I roughly know how to do the hologram, but the UV I am at a loss for. In exchange I will send you my high quality (2000dpi) template as well as the custom made seals and everything for washington.
