Yes, I recall seeing that thread on here a few weeks ago. Panama sells more than just drugs I guess? Good drugs, good fake ids.

Kind of expensive and you need to buy a large bottle, but it is very good UV inks for your novelty id work.

Plenty of low-cost good quality bud on the streets here. no need to make a fake card to buy weed at a higher cost. and you'd be in the government database too! don't need that!

the majority of dispensaries in California operate with legit business licenses and (most) in full compliance. Some even tax themselves just to give the state some of the money they are raking in with the thriving MJ market in Cali. In some dispensaries you can't say your "buying" weed you are "donating" for the time it took to produce the weed. Kinda like you can't say bong in a head shop or bomb in an airport.
